Reaching out for support in moments of struggle can make us feel vulnerable, but this act is one of the bravest things we can do for ourselves. Sharing our deepest thoughts and feelings with a supportive and accepting guide can help us retrieve those missing parts of ourselves that may lie buried within us. I strive to help my clients, young and old, achieve greater self-understanding, self-acceptance, confidence, and clarity through their engagement with me in the therapeutic process.

As a marriage and family therapist I have a genuine, warm, and intuitive approach that takes into account the impact of culture, gender, family of origin, and attachment style on my clients’ lived experiences. I utilize family, couple, and individual therapy to assist with such issues as self esteem, depression, anxiety, trauma, sexual trauma, life transitions, communication issues, anger, substance use concerns, marital, relationship, and family issues.

I look forward to getting to know you and to helping you navigate the sometimes choppy waters of life.
